Join us for an immersive four-course pairing dinner celebrating the landscapes and flavors that shape agave spirits. Guests will explore three distinct terroirs of Lágrimas del Valle Plata alongside the limited Sip Tequila x ElVelo Single Barrel Añejo, guided through how soil, elevation, and time influence every sip.
Each course, crafted and paired by Chef Mark Muller, is designed to highlight the unique character of each tequila — from bright, mineral-driven valley expressions to the rich, oak-kissed depth of the single barrel Añejo.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary bottle of the Sip Tequila x ElVelo Single Barrel Añejo to take home.
